Nissan recognizes the progress the LGBTQ+ community has made towards equality and inclusion in today's society. But also understands there is still a long road ahead.

Nissan continues its commitment to the community by sharing authentic stories of chosen families who are living their truth, and using their voices to push the community forward on the road to equality.

This commitment isn’t reserved just for our workplace and facilities, but extends to the world as a whole—We strive to have inclusion and authentic representation within our communications.

Nissan’s commitment to the LGBTQ+ community starts with its own employees. Nissan strives to ensure internal policies and benefit packages that are inclusive of everyone. Our corporate non-discrimination policies are inclusive of gender expression & identity, and are included under the same umbrella that protects against discrimination based on age, race, religion, disability, gender and sexual orientation.

Gay Straight Alliance at Nissan (GSAN), an internal employee resource group, serves to be a catalyst for a culture of equality at Nissan that works to help build a safe, respectful, inclusive and supportive environment for all Nissan employees, vendor partners and customers.

Over the past eight years, Nissan has joined LGBTQ+ festivities in Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Columbus, Denver, Hartford (CT), Houston, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Miami, Middletown (CT), Minneapolis, Nashville, New York City, Orlando, Palm Springs, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Richmond (VA), San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, Seattle, Tampa, Washington D.C., Winston-Salem (NC), among others.

Nissan stands with you on the road to equality for all.

Let's continue to drive together at every turn.
